As the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, you will have a critical role in shaping the architecture of our entire marketing technology stack, managing key platforms such as Marketo, Segment, 6sense and integrations with Salesforce. You will be the driving force behind optimizing lead lifecycle workflows and ensuring that leads are handed over to sales teams in an efficient manner. As an active member of our team, you will

  • Marketing Systems Architect: Lead the architecture, management, and optimization of marketing technology systems while owning the Marketo and Segment instances.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Design and implement the lead lifecycle from lead capture through qualification and nurture, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales teams to drive lead velocity and conversion.
  • System Integrations: Ensure seamless integrations across marketing and sales systems to support data accuracy and high-performance lead management, with a focus on improving efficiency.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Develop robust reporting and monitoring systems to track the performance of marketing operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices for maintaining data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems and ensure that all data flows between platforms meet the necessary security standards.
