Sr. Marketing Specialist, Professional Services

We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our Professional Services team and partner with our brand customers on the Olo Engage platform to strategize and oversee the execution of their CRM & Loyalty programs. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team, acting as a trusted partner to the largest names in the restaurant sector. You will be accountable for the success of marketing campaigns with a focus on guest segmentation and targeted outreach across a brand’s various channels (email, SMS, and push notifications) including campaign set-up, monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
We are looking for someone with a background in and proven track record of performing tasks and executing strategies within marketing technology tools including Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and Sentiment (customer feedback), with a data-first mentality and an understanding of how to take large, complex sets of data and interpret them into actionable insights to execute on behalf of your brand partners.
You will report to and partner directly with the Associate Director of Professional Services. You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
What You'll Do
- Apply a deep knowledge and understanding of the Olo Engage product suite to advise brands on impactful marketing tactics.
- Deliver solutions that yield tangible results for your brand partners.
- Recommend and execute marketing solutions and maintain documentation of the brand’s program metrics.
- Efficiently execute guest journey creation using email, push, and SMS communication to consumers.
- Create segments to target guests by campaign, and optimize content and ROI for the brand.
- Understand and contribute to reporting including campaign performance metrics, guestbook growth analysis, loyalty impact analysis, guest cohort reporting, cost per lifetime acquisition reporting, and conducting A/B testing.
- Project manage campaigns by coordinating, preparing for, and participating in marketing meetings, adhering to campaign timelines, and communicating campaign progress.
What We'll Expect From You
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS marketing products (bonus if you’ve worked with tools including Olo Engage, Iterable, Braze, Sendgrid, or Twilio Segment, or …
