*Pay Range: $123,000 - $160,000 USD annually


POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager, Systems Support is proficient in post-production workflows for Features and TV content creation with a strong background in customer relations. This role contributes to building and supporting software tools that will push the boundaries of technology as it is used in the making of all your favorite shows, movies, and commercials.

MAIN DUTIES:
The Sr. Manager, Systems Support will interface with production clients on a daily basis and deliver a high level of customer service and confidence to foster new relationships and maintain satisfaction of existing base. They will demo and evangelize CO3 software tools to provide an exceptional User Experience, and communicate software functionality clearly, concisely, and thoroughly to all client users. Additional duties include:

• Work in conjunction with internal software engineers, support staff and sales team to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
• Understand SAAS (Software as A Service) architecture and limitations in the context of client usage.
• Balance urgency while maintaining a heightened sense of awareness to customer experience.
• Manager profile performance problems, compatibility issues, and user facing bugs.
• Assist users and clients around the clock when necessary.
• Write Documentation and produce Training Videos

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to establish interpersonal relationships. They will have strong work experience in post-production workflows in Features or TV content creation and have a strong grasp on the role and influence of metadata in different stages of the post-production pipelines. Additional desired skills include:

• Have experience with dealing with motion picture production clients.
• Have experience with handling Dailies, VFX pulls and DI Conform.
• Have ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
