Location:  Remote - Southern CA or Portland, OR preferred

The Role

Sr. Manager, Sustainability Data and Materials Optimization is responsible for reporting and analyzing Deckers Brands materials and product related impacts to reach our sustainability goals.  This includes working cross-functionally with our materials team and our brands to advise, optimize and implement preferred materials and manufacturing choices thereby reducing our environmental impact.  Additionally, Sr. Manager, Sustainability Data and Materials Optimization has visibility into other areas of the business which may impact our sustainable development goals and, as such, may make recommendations to various stakeholders for consideration. The Sr. Manager, Sustainability Data and Materials Optimization reports directly to the Sr. Director of Sustainability and Compliance.

Materials and LCA expertise, 8+ years of sustainability experience, management experience, Lean Six Sigma a plus.

$150,000-$160,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
