Job Description
The Sr. Manager Production Planning & Control (PP&C), CVS is responsible for overseeing forecasting, production planning, data analysis, and resource management processes to support the CVS line of business. This role will lead strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with operational goals, and manage a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and reporting. The Sr. Manager PP&C will play a critical role in driving efficiency, enhancing operational performance, and supporting field-level execution. This position will also partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the success of new product and service launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of demand forecasts to support operational planning and resource allocation across the CVS line of business.
- Oversee aggregate and backlog planning to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery of services.
- Drive materials requirement planning and ensure alignment with organizational financial and strategic goals.
- Develop and optimize equipment and schedule planning models to improve production efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
- Provide advanced reporting and analysis on performance metrics, trends, and seasonality adjustments to inform strategic decision-making.
