Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, PMO and Enablement at Autodesk, you will manage and drive the enablement for the Marketing department and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO). You will focus on managing a high performing team of program managers and enablement professionals and setting and maintaining project management standards. You will collaborate with marketing leaders to develop enablement strategies and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to create and execute enablement strategies that align with Autodesk Worldwide Marketing’s objectives and ensure that the Marketing team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed

• Set and maintain standards for project management within the Marketing department and ensure consistency and adherence to established guidelines

• Ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating efforts across different teams and monitoring project progress. Provide updates and reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes

• Lead and manage a high performing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals

• Oversee the development of training programs to enhance skills of the Marketing team and ensure successful adoption of new skills and marketing technologies


Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing teams that have delivered successful enablement programs at enterprise technology companies

• Proven experience in managing or establishing a PMO and setting standards and best practices

• Capable of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• In-depth understanding of marketing technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex, technical concepts in an understandable manner

• Strong change management skills to drive adoption of new project management standards and marketing technologies within an organization

• Advanced analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
