We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our high-performing Marketing + Comms Strategy & Ops team. In this crucial role, you will lead the maturity and scaling of our Central Ops function, ensuring our Marketing + Comms organization operates at peak efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to help build and define how we work at Pinterest during an exciting period of growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Mature and Scale: Drive the maturity and scaling of the Central Ops function, ensuring the Marketing + Comms organization operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee budget management, including Opex and Headcount, vendor and contract management, and internal communications strategies within the Central Ops function. Be a player-coach, ready to roll up your sleeves and handle budget and finance operations directly, digging in with the team to support and execute.
