Job Summary
Responsible for planning and managing labor relations activities. Serves as labor subject matter expert and provides guidance to leaders and human resources business partners as required. Balancing time between projects and response is a critical component for success. This position will focus initially and primarily on proactive initiatives designed to promote the employee experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Manages and supports the Company's Labor Relations function for Headquarters and Corporate business units, including but not limited to escalation response and long-term strategy planning and execution. Supports field projects or initiatives on an as-needed basis.
- Provide tactical support to both proactive and reactive labor and employee relations initiatives to include research, content creation, leader education, logistical planning/execution and more.
- Collaborates with diverse cross-functional teams to identify and implement regular enhancements to proactive engagement and labor strategies and programs that drive business objectives and the employee experience.
- Manages the development, administration and maintenance of Labor Relations communications and training content, as well as contract interpretation and reference manuals regarding contract administration as needed.
- Consults with HR and business leaders to identify, recommend and oversee implementation of appropriate actions to accomplish resolutions of employee concerns.
- Advise management on labor issues, regulations, and best practices.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

National Pay Range: $88,928.76 USD-$208,426.77 USDComcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
