Job Description:
This leadership role serves as an internal-facing strategic partner and trusted advisor for technology-related strategy, initiatives, support, and projects globally. The role collaborates closely with IT teams, product teams, security, and business management to deliver high-quality technology solutions with a customer service-focused approach. The person in this role is responsible for all technologies within the area of Identity Governance and Access Management (IGAM).
Open to remote workers. Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm Central Time.

Accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of IGAM systems, develop the strategic roadmap of deploying world class solutions, and implement growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate support activities, lead critical recovery situations, and align efforts with IT and business management.
- Lead and manage IGAM personnel within the IT department, ensuring effective communication and customer service across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a senior-level IAM advisor, collaborating with global stakeholders to design, document, implement, administer, monitor, maintain, and support various IAM technologies securing a multi-cloud environment with a blend of legacy and innovative platforms.
- Provide development opportunities, coaching, accountability, and maintain defined priorities for high-performance, high-potential employees.
- Focus on reducing technical debt and developing IAM automation.
- Oversee financial management of budgets and spending, service customers' needs within the portfolio of solutions, and support the intake of requirements across the IGAM landscape.
- Communicate effectively with the team and internal customers (employees and contractors), develop and improve service delivery processes and workflows in accordance with business, IT, security, legal, and HR standards.
- Facilitate the creation of knowledge, training materials, and knowledge transfer across teams and new staff.
- Provide on-call support for issues occurring after business hours.
- Contribute to change management and audit processes.
- Coordinate with Security operations and participate in Compliance policy enforcement and updates.
- Perform assigned tasks and duties as needed by the company.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, sophisticated problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to train and cross-train staff.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering continuous results and improvements.

- Oversee the troubleshooting, resolution, and identification of root causes for IAM issues, ensuring the team follows best practices.
- Supervise the team responsible for implementing and supporting technical processes for authentication and authorization logging and reporting.
- Analyze and document requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Lead the design and implementation of reliable, scalable, high-performing IAM products and solutions that meet governance, procedure, standards, and processes.
- Provide strategic direction for technical tasks related to the vision and design, ensuring security architecture compliance with the least privileged model.
- Participate in disaster recovery, contingency planning, and testing for identity systems.
- Lead the assessment of IAM security controls and configurations, guiding the team to address identified gaps and improvements.

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or 10 years related experience in an IT discipline
- Microsoft certifications and/or Information Security certifications preferred (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, SSCP, CGRC/CAP)
Experience
- Over 10 years of professional IT experience and technical leadership of senior engineers and architects leveraging Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes.
- More than 4 years leadership within a customer-centric environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of controls and compliance standards, and knowledge of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies.
- More than 4 years of enterprise IAM experience with a strong understanding of IAM foundational concepts.
- Experience with virtual environments in a global structure and knowledge of technical fundamentals of Microsoft management platforms (DB and storage solutions, networking, virtualization, PaaS, and security fundamentals).
- Current and working knowledge of identity security practices and best practices.
- Familiarity with business continuity/disaster recovery practices, assessing and mitigating risk, and strong knowledge of authentication technologies and tools.
- Previous experience in a technology SaaS company and preferred experience with external auditors (ISO 27001 and others).
- Extensive experience working across multiple geographies for a global, US-headquartered company.
- 10% travel required.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.
