About The Role
As a Sr. Manager GTM Strategy and Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic decision-making for Jasper’s Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will lead high-impact analytical and strategic initiatives to answer key questions about GTM motion, segmentation, structure, capacity planning, and deployment of GTM resources to optimize revenue growth and efficiency.
This role is ideal for a data-driven strategy and operations leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and collaborating with senior leadership to drive organizational alignment. Beyond making recommendations, you will play a key role in implementing strategies, ensuring governance, and measuring impact.
A successful candidate in this role will grow into an operational leader capable of taking on any GTM strategy and operations challenge in a fast-growing Tech/SaaS company operating in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
This fully remote role reports to the Head of GTM Strategy and Operations and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental U.S.
What you will do at Jasper
Lead GTM strategy and decision-making by driving analytical, strategic projects that address the most pressing questions facing senior leadership.
Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs), bringing key insights to align executive leadership and inform critical decisions.
Conduct in-depth modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate and prioritize strategic GTM resources and growth levers.
Lead revenue forecasting efforts to enhance predictability in goal achievement and operational planning.
Analyze data and market trends to recommend changes in GTM strategies, including segmentation, pricing, sales motions, and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive alignment and execution of GTM initiatives.
Program manage strategic initiatives, ensuring successful change adoption across GTM teams.
Develop executive-ready insights and presentations, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for the C-suite and Board.
Optimize GTM structure and deployment, ensuring efficiency in territory planning, quota setting, and sales coverage models.
Implement governance and measurement frameworks, tracking the success of strategic initiatives and continuously iterating based on results.
What you will bring to Jasper
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, comfortable with hypothesis building, research, and analytical problem-solving.
3-5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, investment banking, or management consulting (experience in SaaS/Tech preferred).
Strong executive presence and ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.
Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders around strategic objectives.
Deep understanding of GTM motions, segmentation, and revenue growth levers in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Proficiency in BI tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and financial modeling tools to analyze data and drive insights.
Adaptability and comfort with a fast-evolving AI landscape, with a proactive approach to solving ambiguous challenges.
Experience driving operational excellence, change management, and business transformation in dynamic organizations.
Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $164,000 - $194,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
