The Role

The Senior Manager Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the overall growth strategy for Decker’s Emerging Brand division; Teva and AHNU. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will work closely with the leadership team to define, prioritize, and drive marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, optimizing marketing channels, and ensuring alignment between brand and commercial needs.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Lead the creation and implementation of growth marketing strategies for both Teva & AHNU, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business needs.

Develop and oversee data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels (paid social, OOH, email, programmatic, PPC/PLA, etc.), optimizing for demand generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure high performance. Identify future leaders and create strong succession plan. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as CAC, ROI, and growth KPIs. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
