OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS
Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a crucial role in Quince’s growth story managing one of the biggest paid channels which has grown 400% YoY and continued growth potential.
- Focus on text ads component of Google ads and eventually expand to PLA as well as Display programs
- Scale text ads - designing the strategy/account structure and providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
- Grow our SEM program to over nine figures in annual spend
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on text ads. PLA experience is a plus
- Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads
- In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
- Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadline and priorities with ease
- Test, Learn and Scale mindset
- Strong proficiency in Google sheets
- Experience with Google Ads scripts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with visualization & analytical tools like Looker and SQL
- Experience with tools like SA360, SKAI or Marin
- Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.
