Location: Remote

The Role

The Senior Global Merchandise Manager will lead the development and implementation of a long-range Merchandising strategy for Emerging Brands, inclusive of Teva and Anhu, across global regions including North America, Japan, APAC, EMEA and Canada.

This role will function as the Global Merchandising Hub while overseeing with the Regional Merchandising Teams to drive a consistent, efficient, and sustainable approach to the Merchandising function. She/he will create the tools that enhance merchandising globally as well as help inform the global product line with data analytics, lifecycle and carryover management. She/He will also lead the Global Merchandising Team as this builds out in the future.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Create and implement a Global Product Merchandising strategy & process for the brand. Instilling global cohesiveness between regions, educating different stakeholders on the merchandising function and creating transparency through various touchpoints Lead the creation of a merchandising strategy that can be scaled for our global markets as well as DTC Brand partners. Analyze sales figures, consumer response, and market trends to drive revenue and profitability as well as help to anticipate future product needs, investments, and opportunities Influence the Global Product Assortment by managing carryovers across regions, franchise opportunities, and lifecycle analysis. Merchandising Strategy for all regions: Maintain an understanding of local/global markets and competitive dynamics. Collect and synthesize insight, local intelligence and product requirements from all markets, EMEA, Japan, APAC, DTC partners.
