Who We Are

The Marketing and Communications team leads the overall brand and communications strategy for HopSkipdrive, and strategically drives leads and customers through the sales funnel through owned, earned and paid media tactics.

You will support the team and business in the following ways:

  • Execute and iterate on paid media efforts, including paid social campaigns and search engine marketing based on sales goals and brand awareness, while optimizing those efforts to map to our Revenue and brand strategy.
  • Support the redesign and marketing performance of our website. You will develop dashboards and monitor analytics to enable, and contribute to, strategic discussions about the site’s development. You will support the execution of site updates in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute on the implementation of a clear marketing measurement strategy for your area of ownership. Collaborate with Sales Ops to understand performance of all marketing channels, paid and unpaid, to gauge impact on all stages of the funnel. You know the importance of measurement and tracking, and can make thoughtful recommendations for your team and others. 
  • Ensure messaging consistency across owned and paid channels, while optimizing messages within each channel. 
  • Collaborate with other Communications and Marketing functions, including DemandGen, Communications/PR, and Product Marketing for comprehensive and cohesive marketing and communications strategy.
