Job Summary

Responsible for leading a data and analytics team focused on helping business leaders best optimize rate and volume decisions through data-oriented solutions across a mutli-billion-dollar Residential Revenue P&L. Design and implement end-to-end systems – from outlining and coding our data architecture to using that data to automate and inform business decisions. Partner cross-functionally with both data-oriented and non-technical team members. Unite various teams around a project or cause. Build a vision of end-state objectives and translate vision into feasible steps and tangible outputs. Serve as dedicated data & analytics support for Revenue Strategy team within broader Residential Revenue organization. Provide data expertise to enhance insights, data infrastructure, partnerships, and revenue/business performance. Lead and develop a capable and diverse team.
