What you’ll be doing:
Recruit, coach, and lead a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives and senior prospectors
Design and evolve a data-driven, scalable outbound strategy that delivers measurable results
Equip team members with sales, product/service, and industry expertise through ongoing development
Inspire the team through innovative incentives and motivational programs
Regularly analyze and report on team and individual performance metrics.
Proactively Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.
Align closely with Marketing and Closers to ensure optimal funnel efficiency
Act as the subject matter expert and coach team members on how to use prospecting tools like Outreach.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.

Requirements:
6+ years in B2B Software and/or Business Services sales as an IC & Manager
2+ years using Salesforce reporting and coaching to CRM hygiene
Proven track record of success in an BDR Manager role
Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor
Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
Experience in the advertising, ecommerce, or agency space is a hug plus

The hiring salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. We also offer an incentive pay program and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
