The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Brand - Consumables to join our growing team at BeautyHealth. This role will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the consumables product portfolio for Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products. The Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to build brand equity, drive sales growth, and deliver impactful consumer experiences. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the brand within the consumables space, ensuring that our products align with market needs, company objectives, and consumer expectations.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for the consumables portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Lead the creation of brand plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches, ensuring the execution is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. Identify emerging trends with the HCP community and apply insights into the development of initiatives.
- Regional Marketing: Lead the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans through personal and non-personal promotion that drive HCP engagement and consumer demand in the Practice
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Ensure the messaging and positioning of consumables within the Hydrafacial® and Perk™ brands is differentiated in the North America marketplace. Drive consistency in brand voice across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Creating go-to-market strategies for Consumables and campaign launches demonstrated by being the point person for creating and communicating all materials & timeliness to support Marketing, Sales and Training & Education and other cross-functional departments
- Sales Enablement & Support: Partner with the sales team to ensure effective communication of device benefits and key selling points to customers. Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and device-related marketing collateral.
- Promotional Marketing Materials: Own the development and ongoing up-keep of all HCP and Consumer marketing materials to support in-office visibility and pull through
- Market Research & Insights: Lead consumer, category, and competitive research to inform brand and product strategies. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to ensure BeautyHealth’s consumables portfolio remains competitive and innovative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, R&D, sales, Global Marketing and creative teams to bring new consumables products to market.
- Sales & Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand performance and drive measurable results in the consumables category. Provide regular reporting on brand health, sales growth, and ROI of marketing investments.
- Consumer Engagement: Build a deep understanding of consumer needs and desires and develop strategies to engage and retain consumers. Utilize both digital and traditional marketing channels to drive awareness and loyalty among target audiences.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or health and wellness industry.
- Proven success in managing a product portfolio and leading product launches, particularly in consumables or skincare products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of consumer marketing, digital marketing, and trends in beauty health.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a strong focus on growth and innovation.

(Pay Rate Range: $120,000 - $140,000)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
