We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead the newly formed Marketing Analytics team at Vimeo. This critical role will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team of analysts, providing data-driven insights to both Vimeo Enterprise Marketing and Paid Marketing activities, and significantly impacting the growth of these key business areas. This role requires a unique blend of exceptional analytical skills, proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, experience working with senior executives, high emotional intelligence and assertiveness.

Own the Future of Vimeo Enterprise and Paid Marketing: This role offers the rare opportunity to build a marketing analytics function from the ground up, directly influencing how Vimeo Enterprise scales and how we optimize a substantial paid marketing budget. You will define the vision for marketing analytics, establish data infrastructure and processes, and empower the team to make better decisions.

Top-to-Bottom Data Ownership: You will have top-to-bottom accountability for the entire data pipeline, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and alignment with business needs. As part of a fully resourced data squad, you will have the final word on prioritization of both analytics and data engineering resources, enabling you to drive impactful projects and optimize the data infrastructure for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage a team of marketing analysts, fostering their growth and development. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Strategic Analytics: Develop and execute the overall marketing analytics strategy for Vimeo Enterprise and Paid Marketing, aligning with business objectives and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data Infrastructure & Process Development: Collaborate with Marketing Ops and engineering teams to establish and maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and accuracy. Define and implement standardized reporting and analysis processes.
  • Enterprise Marketing Analytics: Own the Vimeo Enterprise marketing funnel, define the business logic, and provide actionable insights to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Analyze marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven strategic planning.
  • Paid Marketing Analytics: Take ownership of a substantial paid marketing budget (±$30M annually) and drive significant improvements in efficiency and ROI. Analyze campaign performance across various channels, optimize bidding strategies, and provide recommendations for budget allocation.
