Meet the Team:

Dexcom is expanding its Cloud Engineering team with the addition of a talented Sr. Cloud Engineer. This role is crucial for crafting and optimizing ephemeral cloud environments that support our agile, fast-paced release cycles for new features and maintenance within our R&D Platform.

As a vital member of our team, you will engage in the art and science of creating dynamic, transient cloud infrastructures that enable rapid development and testing of applications. You will hone your software development skills in a cloud context, ensuring that the tools and systems you build and maintain meet the evolving needs of our fast-paced deployments.

Where you come in:

  • You will assist in architecting and refining ephemeral cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), focusing on maximizing efficiency and achieving cost-effectiveness.

  • You will support the maintenance and optimization of Kubernetes clusters, tailoring them to facilitate transient workloads and seamless integration with continuous delivery pipelines.

  • You will enhance our containerization and orchestration methodologies with an emphasis on automating deployment processes to achieve a high degree of scalability and reliability.
