  • Estimated annual base pay:  $90,800(minimum) - $113,500(midpoint) - $136,200(maximum)

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Analyzing HR Data - A Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform HR strategies and decisions. Includes creating and maintaining dashboards.
  • Writing and maintaining custom reports in Workday. Creating and maintaining calculated fields. A Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for interpreting business needs and extracting data to empower stakeholders.
  • Maintaining HRIS systems - The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for implementing, testing, upgrading, and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Providing HRIS support - The Senior HRIS Analyst provides technical support to HR, leaders, and members on HRIS-related issues. Includes troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues.
  • Evaluating HRIS Effectiveness - The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of HRIS solutions and making improvements to ensure they meet the needs of employees and the organization.
  • Collaborating with HR Stakeholders: A Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for collaborating with HR stakeholders, such as HR business partners and recruiters, to ensure HRIS systems meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies.

What We Are Looking For 

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Reporting: Write and maintain custom reports.
  • HRIS System Management: Ability to maintain HRIS systems, including data accuracy, security, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Technical Support: Ability to provide technical support to HR staff and other users of HRIS systems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with HR stakeholders, such as HR business partners and recruiters, to ensure HRIS systems meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage HRIS projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with HR staff, IT staff, and other stakeholders regarding HRIS systems and data.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of HRIS system management and data analysis.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing HRIS system requirements and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve HRIS system problems, including identifying and resolving data discrepancies and system errors.
