The Role at High Level: We’re looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer who doesn’t shy away from tackling hard problems and interesting subjects like payroll and HR technology. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end development of our software features, ensuring product reliability, and optimizing our infrastructure. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager.

What You'll Be Expected To Own:

  • End-to-End Feature Development: Lead feature development from architecture to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical quality.
  • Service Ownership: Implement systems to monitor application performance, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Code Quality and Standards: Enforce clean code practices, maintain standards, and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Infrastructure Management: Design scalable cloud infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines to support stable releases.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Drive team efficiency by adopting new tools, sharing insights, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and server-side technologies (C#, .NET preferred). 
  • Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Expertise in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as a Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • Skilled in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Strong commitment to clean, scalable code and automated testing practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Bonus points if:
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance team productivity.
  • Knowledge of advanced cloud management practices or certifications in AWS or GCP.
