$70,000.00/Yr. - $85,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job
The Sr. FP Analyst is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers and a portfolio of marine dealers/dealer group(s) with highly complex lending and financial requirements. This role works closely with the Relationship Managers, credit and implementation teams, internal department personnel and external customers to complete a variety of tasks associated with the origination and servicing of commercial floor plan loans and lines of credit.Responsibilities:
- Maintains an understanding of all products, pricing, underwriting criteria and disclosures for all marine loan products, as per policies and procedures and federal regulations and can provide clear explanations to customer and dealers on related items pertaining to applications and closings, while establishing expectations with related parties
- Ensures loans are originated, processed, and closed in accordance with LVF policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations
- Analyzes applicable credit documentation to determine loan eligibility prior to submitting the loan for initial credit underwrite
- Confirms all required credit documents and underwriting conditions have been satisfied prior to sending the loan to closing/funding; coordinates closings with internal and external customers; assists the Pipeline Manager in preparing credit packages for annual reviews by obtaining and analyzing borrower financial information
- Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers
- Provides support to Operations and Sales efforts as needed
- Review organization documents, borrowing resolutions and obtain beneficial ownership documents; Prepare required closing documents for new originations, modifications and renewals, evaluating them for accuracy, quality and regulatory conformance; engage with counsel as required; Complete pre-funding quality control review of documentation; manage all documentation within nCino loan origination system
- Review floor plan addition, transfer and payoff requests received for completeness, accuracy and proper authorization; Assist with payments, upfront fees, draws, and wire transfers; Prepare assigned reports ensuring accuracy and developing efficiency improvements
- Support cycle of continuous improvement of processes and controls by identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years’ experience in banking or financial services
- 2+ years’ floor plan operations and/or administration experience
- Familiarity with commercial lending systems and applications (nCino, Solifi, Salesforce, etc.)
- Fundamental math/accounting/finance skills to understand debits, credits, balancing, amortization schedules, etc.
- Prior paralegal, commercial lending loan administration and/or closing experience
- Motivated and extremely organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Capable of managing several deliverables at once
- Strong communications skills
