- Develop, oversee and cultivate existing territory’s agency distribution network to increase flood sales and improve retention.
- Maintain regular communication with agents within territory via e-mail, face to face visits, webinars, phone calls, trade meetings etc. Communication is measured per annual goals.
- Research, identify and sign up new agents to generate new and rollover flood business to meet goals established annually.
- Utilize marketing tools to obtain rollover business per annual goals and assist agents in the rollover process when necessary.
- Grow, promote and support the National Independent Agents and Brokers Flood Program (Big I) through their State’s Associations, and their member agents.
- Solicit and develop the existing Big I Agents to increase sales and improve retention.
