Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners requires a versatile and high-performing individual to help drive and support key initiatives across corporate finance, including strategic initiatives, debt/equity raises, equity analysis, valuation, investor relations, board meetings, growth initiatives, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and ad hoc corporate finance projects. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment. - Build detailed financial models and analyses, including three-statement models
- Familiarity with accounting concepts across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Effectively communicate the findings, value, and impact of various financial and strategic analyses to management
- Support strategic planning and analysis initiatives
- Evaluate, assess and report on financial data and identify problems and opportunities
- Prepare and/or review financial statements and supporting financial schedules
- Display high proficiency and expertise working with large data sets in Excel
- Ability to multi-task and deliver various projects across multiple focus areas and management teams under tight deadlines
- 2-6 years of work experience ideally in an investment bank, Big 4 accounting firm, management consulting firm, or corporate FP&A/development/strategy
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Must have strong financial foundation, strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills, and model building
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- The ability to present and communicate work effectively to key constituents
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal expression
- Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking and creative problem-solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficiency with Excel functionality and features such as Pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.
- Highly energetic self-starter, motivated to succeed, tenacious and adept in using metrics to drive performance
- Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests often with tight deadlines
- Quick learner who is independent, accountable and can take control of projects
- Role is remote and minimal travel occasionally required from time to time to support team meetings
