Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with each Product GM & their staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization
Drive profitable growth and analytics for all products including NPIs in the portfolio - pricing, gross margins, cost optimization, and process simplification
Optimize financial performance and operational efficiencies by providing financial insights, and work closely with sales leadership to enhance productivity and maximize sales force effectiveness
Monitor & stay updated on market practices, industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that could affect negotiations and execution
Partner with Supply Chain & Demand Planning team in driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process from finance perspective, understand customer demand, inventory dynamics & contribute in capacity/production planning
Lead development of budget, LTS, forecasts, and monthly P&L estimates by product by partnering with cross functional teams and recommending key actions to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities
Partner with Global Finance teams (FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Region CFOs) to support key initiatives in Finance enabling better decision support and simplification
Drive Monthly/Quarterly close, Actual Performance reporting to Finance & Commercial teams, Pricing & Sales analytics
Develop and improve financial processes: Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 7+ years of experience
Substantial experience in Finance & Finance Business Partnering
Desired Characteristics
Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
Healthcare OR Pharmaceutical Industry experience
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects, influence, and lead teams
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute. Established project management skills.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills & ability to assess various complex issues simultaneously and prioritize
Experience and comfort in a matrix environment.
Ability to work independently and without supervision.
Competency in data analysis, building excel reports and presentations.
Experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $121,176.00-$181,764.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
