Responsibilities:
Culture Development:
- Craft and launch dynamic programs that embody our core values and elevate our workplace culture.
- Spearhead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Be the ultimate culture champion, ensuring our values resonate throughout the organization.
Learning and Development:
- Design and manage cutting-edge learning and development programs that empower employees to reach their full potential.
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and create impactful development plans.
- Continuously assess and refine training programs to ensure they deliver exceptional results.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Lead the charge in developing and executing bold DEI strategies and initiatives.
- Cultivate an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated and leveraged.
- Track and share DEI progress, driving accountability and transparency.
Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of innovative employee experience programs.
- Align programs with our strategic goals to maximize their impact.
- Efficiently manage budgets and resources to deliver outstanding results.
Employee Experience:
- Create and implement strategies that enhance every stage of the employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee concerns and refine workplace policies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in HR, focusing on culture, learning and development, DEI, and employee experience.
- Proven success in leading transformative culture and employee experience initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

CA, CO, NY & WA remote - $165,300 - $275,500
The above pay range is based on a good faith estimate made at the time of publication and may be modified in the future. The pay offered to a candidate may vary within this range depending on factors such as education, experience, and geographic location.
