We are looking for an experienced Information Technology (IT) Leader to lead systems and resources for all Distribution and Logistics (D&L) capabilities across the globe. You will report to the VP, Operations and Supply Chain and lead systems and resources on a global basis with direct reports located in all three of our global regions. You will apply apparel industry domain knowledge to provide strategic insight to multiple partners. You will work globally with vendors and business leaders for understanding ensuring delivery of projects and overall direction for system development.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to our partners to plan, prioritize IT investments, and create the best IT solutions that ensure business strategies and support our needs:
- Develop an understanding of LS&Co.’s business and the IT capabilities to accelerate results through process simplification, tools rationalization, and aligning IT roadmaps with business strategies and plans.
- Ensure Global D&L programs are aligned and supporting the achievement goals and strategies of LS&Co. business with technology
- Provide oversight in building the Global D&L roadmap with business teams which delivers business benefits
- Lead the understanding of the IT capabilities with Global IT architecture and system roadmaps
- Lead IT engagement for global distribution technology requirements across matrix technology organization and partners
- Engage and partner with global process owners to direct the D&L design and roadmap
STRATEGY
- Leadership in the build of long-term strategic roadmap for Global D&L
- Leverage and manage vendors to ensure delivery in an outsource model.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure resource planning aligns to strategy.
- Evolve the distribution and logistics role within IT to account for a variety of distribution center models.
OPERATIONS & DELIVERY
- Be the integration design lead for Global D&L capabilities, leading delivery and governance
- Facilitate collaboration and integration for business tracks to prevent siloed solutioning and agree on the solution.
- Ensure IT components in D&L meet service level agreements and delivery goals and are delivered according to LS&Co. IT and PMO processes and standards, communicating any issues affecting delivery with leadership.
- Manage onsite and offshore teams across the globe including appropriate 3rd party service providers.
- Manage and plan team workload and provide direction regarding priorities, work assignments, work outputs and deliverables in areas of break/fix, enhancements and projects, including review of the same.
- Ensure release management supports high-quality delivery into for all D&L projects.
- Ensure that systems are architected to be secure and resilient by applying security and Business Continuity principles
- Build strategy for continued improvement in all areas of quality assurance, inclusive of performance and automation.
TALENT
- Lead and motivate a high functioning team of internal employees and vendor resources to deliver Distribution teams with improved employee experience embedded in annual goals, coaching, performance management and development planning
- Lead, motivate, and build engagement of the teams delivering the IT components in Global Digital ERP
- Ensure direct managers are implementing team resource engagement activities – annual goals, development planning, coaching, performance management, task allocation
FINANCE
- Create in the annual financial planning for the IT components in Global Digital ERP and deliver the resulting financial targets.
About You
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale global enterprise IT solutions in an omni-channel environment. Apparel and/or retail industry preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Warehouse Management and Distribution applications and integration with supply chain and ERP systems.
- Experience in leading the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing management of distribution systems. Bonus if Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System or similar.
- Experience in systems process definition, analysis, design, implementation, and support for transforming distribution centers to omni-channel facilities.
- Strategic leadership and experience building teams.
- Understanding of financial goals and metrics, and the impact of technology on performance.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $173,000 to $262,600 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
