Overview

With the growth of the TNS Communication market and the ever-increasing number of solutions with the added complexity of geographical teams supporting those products, it become indispensable for TNS to ensure that processes, reusability’s, standard across those different services and solutions are adhered to.
TNS is seeking an initiative-taking senior resource responsible to lead those efforts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure same processes and software Engineering standards are applied across the suite of software solution developed in different TNS Engineering centers.
• Lead the continuous improvement and innovation of engineering standards and processes.
• Work closely with the Technology team to communicate and implement new patterns, technological/architectural principle, and stack changes across the different Eng groups and services.
• Lead certain engineering projects requiring multiple solution developed across multiple geographical locations.
• Work closely with the Engineering leads to provide visibility and capability for better cross sharing of technology, tools, software, and resources.
• Be the point of interaction for TNS Security, Finance and OPS for implementation of across the engineering lanes.
• Implement KPI measurement and monthly cross functional review.
• Assist in Cloud Adoption across the portfolio and participate in the running of the CCOE.

Qualifications

• 10+ year of managing a software engineering team supporting multiple products/software.
• 10+ year of relevant experience around signaling and web development.
• Has integrated multiple Teams and new software stack as part of his role leading a software development team.
• Has lead teams across geographical boundaries.
• 5+ year of recent development in real time processing with low latency performance.
• Have proven experience in adhering to standard such as Soc-2, PCI and …
• Vested in all aspect of SDLC with a focus on Test automation, security, automated build…
• Has implemented Data driven measurement for performance and accountabilities.
• Familiar with Agile, Jira, Gitlab a must.
• Performance testing and measurement validation.
• Cloud experience: Migrating from On-prem to cloud. AWS preferably
• Detailed and process oriented.

• For this role, we anticipate paying $211,500k - $258,00 annually. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. • Willing to travel and stay for 1 to 3 weeks per trip. 2 to 4 trips per years
