Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

  • Estimated annual base pay:  $192,000 (minimum) - $240,000 (midpoint) - $288,000 (maximum)

 Are you ready to make your mark? If you are a Sr. Director Human Resources Business Partner, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies: Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Implement HR programs and processes: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development within corporate functions. Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • HR consultation: Provide expert HR consultation and support in areas such as organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Collaborating with other teams: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated solutions in talent management, acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Evaluation & Analysis of Key Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Change Leadership: Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coach & Develop: Coach and mentor HR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR team.

  • Business Partnering: Proven experience in partnering with executive senior leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: strong ability to think strategically and develop HR strategies that align with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Organizational Design: Strong organizational design skills
  • HR Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, verbal and written.

Additional Experiences:

Successful candidates typically have:

  • a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience supporting corporate functions as a Senior HRBP.
