What You’ll Do:
- Be a Strategic Partner – Collaborate with senior leaders to develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals.
- Champion Our Culture – Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, ensuring a workplace where every employee feels valued.
- Optimize HR Systems – Implement and manage HR tools that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and provide valuable data insights.
- Support Leadership & Teams – Coach and develop leaders, helping them build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams.
- Lead the Hiring Experience – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Drive Performance & Growth – Manage performance evaluations, development plans, and leadership programs to foster continuous improvement.
- Elevate Employee Engagement – Own and analyze engagement surveys, using insights to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Maintain and update policies, oversee disciplinary procedures, conduct investigations, and manage terminations with professionalism and care.
- Analyze & Strengthen Compensation & Benefits – Keep our offerings competitive to attract and retain top talent.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, expertise, and location. Our range is $155,000 - $165,000.
Location:
This position is remote with some travel. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must live in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado to Missouri.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources required.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Multi-Site/Multi-State Healthcare Leadership experience in skilled nursing, hospice, home health or another related field highly preferred.
- Previous experience with private equity-based organization preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- HRIS or SHRM certification, preferred.
