The Impact Youâll Make:
Youâll work with peers who have experience developing ML models designed for production with the support of a dedicated engineering team. Youâll align closely with analysts, stakeholders, and data engineers across the company to define solutions to pressing problems. Your work will directly and measurably impact the companyâs revenue by innovating on our pricing and recommendation systems. We foster a collaborative environment where youâll have ownership of your modeling efforts and actively participate in project creation and planning.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable machine learning solutions
- Develop data pipelines to ensure a steady flow of high-quality data for model training
- Write clean, production-ready code to integrate your models into our platform, benefiting from the support of a skilled engineering team
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate your models' performance and effectively communicate the results to senior leadership

What You Should Have:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Physics, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience as a data scientist or machine learning engineer
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production environments (or strong interest in learning)
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, statsmodels)
- Experience working with SQL and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $200,000 + bonus (for certain roles) + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based âŚ
