Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator, Data Operations. This position will play key role in outreaching and coordinating with external vendors for timeliness and completeness of data while building partnership/relationship with internal business stakeholders.

General Duties/Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to): 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, analyze and manage data to support outreach initiatives.
  • Communicate with provider groups and vendors to obtain accurate data on time.
  • Work closely with internal business stake holders to meet business objectives.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for data collection and ingestion processes.
  • Monitor day to day data operational activities by ensuring compliance with the organization policies
  • Participate in project meetings, providing input to project plans and providing status updates.
  • Provide production support as needed (Off hour problem diagnosis and resolution).
  • Provide status updates on all assigned tasks to data operations using the service request tracking tools.
  • Manage data reconciliations between business partners data and internal databases
  • Creates and maintains positive, cohesive work environment.

  • BS Computer Science, IT or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Integration software products and knowledge of Healthcare Industry standards and requirements.
  • 5+ years database experience with MS SQL Server.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry with proven understanding of data terminology.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Must be familiar with Clinical Transaction sets like HL7 (ADT, CCD, CDA, etc.)
  • Additional knowledge of HIPAA 5010 Transaction sets (834, 835, 837, 820, 270, 271, 276 etc.) will be favorable.
  • Supports external partners management that includes onboarding, continued support and transition.

 Education/Licensure:

  • BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.

Other:

  • Clear understanding & working knowledge of HIPAA protocols.
  • Strong appreciation of timeliness and the ability to multitask and accomplish assigned tasks within project timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maintain cohesive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability planning, organizing and executing multiple complex projects.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
  • Excellent human relations and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually.
