In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to uncover insights, optimize processes, and drive strategic decisions to fuel our rapid growth. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment—balancing deep analytical rigor and competing priorities to deliver impactful recommendations.

As a key member of the analytics team, you'll help define how we measure success, guide new market expansion, and continuously improve Fleet operations. Your curiosity and ability to turn messy data into actionable insights will be essential and will directly influence real-world operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Maintain Core Analytics: Develop dashboards, reports, and models that improve visibility into operational efficiency, market expansion, and business performance.

  • Work cross-functionally: Partner with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure data needs are being met while uncovering new opportunities

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Find ways to get the data you need, even when perfect solutions don’t exist.

  • Forecast & Optimize: Assist with building models to predict delivery demand, optimize fleet deployment, and inform expansions.

  • Be the Analytics Partner: Act as a strategic thought partner, translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Own outcomes: Define key metrics and develop data-driven strategies that drive impact across teams.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree; quantitative field preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in an analytical role within a startup environment.

  • 5+ years of SQL experience and comfortable with languages like Python or R for more involved methods, such as forecasting or inferential statistics.

  • Strong data visualization skills with the ability to create compelling, actionable reports (we use ThoughtSpot and Looker Studio)

  • Knowledge of geospatial analysis and techniques

  • Strong foundation of A/B testing and experimental design 

  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills—capable of distilling complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional ability to prioritize in situations of high complexity and ambiguity 

  • Experience with dbt and best practices for data governance

  • Experience working with scrappy, fast-moving teams where ambiguity is the norm
