We are adding a Sr. Coordinator, Training and Development to our Human Resources department!
Under the direction of the Manager, Learning and Development, the Sr. Coordinator, Training and Development (TC) will coordinate and manage training programs, resources, and communications. They will evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and refine programs accordingly.
The TC work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other members of the training team. Using the corporate learning management system (LMS) and additional tools, this person will evaluate the success of learning programs, training content, and efforts. The TC will readily adapt to incorporate projects and assignments as assigned by the Manager, Learning and Development. This is an individual contributor position that requires a commitment to a growing knowledge of business operations, the regulatory environment, and learning and development best practices.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal customers, and key leaders to develop and align learning programs and services
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate instructor-led and online training
- Maintain records of outcomes, successes, and opportunities for learning projects and programs
- Manage ongoing learning and development programs
- Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning courseware and video-based training
- Serve as site administrator for the corporate learning management system to assign online coursework, schedule training events, update training records, and design learning evaluations
