Pay Range

USD $49,911.00 - USD $59,418.00 /Yr.

Overview

Due to growth we are adding a Sr. Coordintor, Med-D to our Government Programs team!

 

The Medicare Part D Senior Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, technical and process support for Medicare Part D functions. The Senior Coordinator works closely with the Product Managers to ensure that deliverables are completed according to project plans.  This role requires analytical skills, strong attention to detail, technical writing skills, and basic knowledge of Medicare Part D rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

  • Provides Medicare Part D SME support and coordination for annual re-implementations and new client implementations.  This includes document creation, status report compilation, and document posting
  • Prepares member materials/member letters, and performs initial quality review and compliance check against CMS and client requirements
  • Supports Medicare Part D Product Managers and Associate Product Managers related to various Med D client requests, including creation of client-facing information
  • Administers Labeler Code Updates for Coverage Gap Process as well as the ABII File Process & Associated Letters
  • Supports Transition TAT, ESRD, B vs. D and High Dollar Reporting
  • Develops knowledge in Medicare Part D to better understand upstream and downstream processes
  • Administers end to end Medicare processes with precision and accuracy. Responsibilities also include managing detailed work instructions related to assigned responsibilities and/or support of the Product Management staff
  • Identifies potential process improvements and works closely with the Product Managers to modify, test and implement
  • Participates in meetings to support Medicare Part D Product Managers and Associate Product Managers in taking minutes and documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent and 2-3 years relevant experience required. College degree preferred.
