• Advanced knowledge of PLADS' products/services and systems

• Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, to include products, processes, and terminology and the ability to interpret complex language in state insurance laws and regulations

• Advanced skills and comprehensive knowledge of the principles, concepts, practices and procedures

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers …
