Your Role as a Sr. Change Manager - Part TimeThe Change Management Consultant is a senior-level consultant with an in-depth management planning experience and an intuitive ability to seamlessly lead the transformation of people, technologies, and medium- and large-scale processes through the development and implementation of effective change strategies.Ā They will utilize multiple change methodologies and tools to plan, manage, and deliver on enterprise change initiatives at strategic and tactical levels.
This role is fully remote and can be located in any US state except for Hawaii, and occasional travel may be required.

How you'll contribute

  • Uncover the best possible outcomes by understanding how to combine strategic findings, stakeholder engagement, project issues, and risks and opportunities
  • Engage an array of partners through communication and executive-level presence to translate change initiatives into easily consumable business messages is key
  • Work with executive leaders to guide transformation through organizational change management strategies and architecture of solutions that meet both business and change objectives
  • Drive the development of change deliverables, including stakeholder, leader, readiness, and organizational assessments; process re-engineering; communication plans; etc.
  • Support and lead internal, external, and third-party teams in collaboration with program and project managers to actively resolve roadblocks and provide mentorship on issues
  • Lead high-priority, cross-program initiatives and special projects that appear during planning and execution of change-program strategy
