About You

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Planning associate to assist with managing the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations at Nutrafol. We are looking for an objective & solution focused planner, with experience in fast paced environments to ensure the supply chain is running smoothly.

This position will work directly with production schedules, Material Resource Planning (MRP), outside vendors, and cross functional teams. This position will focus on component and packaging planning that feeds into the production schedules at multiple manufacturing locations. This position should be enthusiastic to learn about all aspects functions of a growing supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the supply chain that supports all channels - DTC, Retail, Amazon, and International
  • Works directly with Sr Manager of Supply Chain Operations to oversee all production and manufacturing to ensure on time and in full delivery and maintaining Days of Supply. 
  • Manage component, packaging, and raw ingredient inventory, and develop plans to hold appropriate safety stock levels
  • Regularly update our MRP and other supply chain planning files. 
  • Maintain frequent communication with Sr Manager of Supply Chain Operations and escalate issues accordingly. 
  • Support overall inventory strategy and material planning to ensure production is managed 3-6 months in advance
  • Works with Demand Planner to execute monthly forecasts by SKU
  • Manage the production, timelines and execution of new product launches by working closely with sourcing and product development
