About The Role

The Sr Analytics Associate will play a pivotal part in the analytical culture of Invisible. They will be responsible for managing their internal stakeholders*, driving insights and strategic decisions. Reporting into the Manager of Analytics, the Sr Analytics Associate will use data, data-related products (pipelines, models, dashboards, analyses) and an analytical approach to lead and support the needs of the business. 

*Stakeholders may include any of or a combination of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, Client Reporting, or Solutions Engineering.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Work with stakeholders to set and develop metrics to support business decisions and needs
  • Act as a strategic consultant with stakeholders to develop strategies and drive direct business value with analytics
  • Host regular data-focused presentations and syncs covering your stakeholder’s areas for improvements or interest
  • Create and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards to monitor business metrics
  • Build and maintain data models from various sources to perform analyses 

 

What We Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience running a client analytics portfolio, including running regular business reviews and strategic insights meeting 
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Proficient in data visualizations (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
