As a member of the Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) Analytics team, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful implementation and continued growth of client analytics and tag management platforms. This includes tagging development and documentation, data governance, report development, and dashboard creation. This role will collaborate with client stakeholders, DMS channel resources, and analytics colleagues to provide in-depth reporting and analysis. The Senior Analyst will serve as the point person for leading and supporting large analytics projects and be the main point-of-contact for clients. This role will provide support and delegate tasks/needs to junior analysts, provide strategic value to clients, and serve as a subject matter expert. The Senior Analyst will be helping to drive client success through tagging/analytics execution, providing insights through reporting and analysis, and proactively engaging stakeholders.
The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for managing analytics client deliverables and relationships, such as weekly/monthly reports, deep dive and ad hoc analysis, recurring updates to dashboards, and managing stakeholder meetings. Your insights will help drive key business decisions for our clients in collaboration with other DMS cohorts. You will work side by side with other team members and clients to customize and configure analytics and tag management solutions.

- Develop and analyze reports in analytics platforms to address client data needs
- Lead analytics assessment and implementation projects from a SME perspective
- Provide technical resources for analytics and tag management platform implementations
- Development and documentation of client configuration and data requirements
- Utilize tag management platforms to create, update, and manage client tagging solution
- Provide leadership and assign tasks to junior level analysts
- Create data visualization and dashboarding deliverables
- Collaborate with other digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, CRO) on an ongoing basis
- Provide detailed analytics and tagging assessments to clients
- Proactively identify opportunity areas and gaps where possible
- 4 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing web analytics (Mixpanel/GA/AA)
- 3 – 6 years of experience in tag management platform experience (GTM, Launch, TealiumIQ)
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, data science, or similar field. Master’s degree or post-Bachelor certification preferred.
- Adobe ACE certification and/or Google Analytics GAIQ certification
- Proficiency with utilizing and implementing MixPanel analytics platform
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Sitecore
- Solid understanding of tag management implementation and ongoing support, utilizing Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and Tealium
- Previous experience with data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
- Experience managing enterprise level analytics implementations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across multiple projects
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interface with clients and technical resources
- Must possess strong collaboration skills
- Ability to lead large projects and provide mentorship to other analysts
- Excellent in problem-solving and decision-making
- BONUS: Web developer skills

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is. $45,000 to $101,000 Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
