Senior Analyst, Treasury

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Professional to be a key member of our Global Treasury Team. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will play an integral role in overseeing operational activities throughout our Global markets including cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, risk management, debt management, banking relationships, compliance and process improvement. This Treasury Professional will contribute to assessing, designing, building, and implementing automated solutions for critical Treasury operations by strategically driving continuous short-term and long-term process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. One who can collaborate and partner with stakeholders across the company, both internally and externally. They will have experience in building strong relationships with banking partners, advisors and interacting with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily Treasury operations including cash management, intercompany and banking activities
  • Oversee the company’s cash and liquidity rolling forecast process which includes active engagement with business units, FP&A, Tax, and Accounting and financial reporting Teams to improve accuracy and minimize variances (forecasts vs. actuals)
  • Manage short and intermediate term investment portfolio and maximize yields on cash balances
  • Provide Treasury expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams such as AP, Payroll, Tax, and Finance Operations and other stakeholder
  • Assess opportunities to optimize cash visibility and reporting, streamline processes through automation and enhance internal controls
  • Support foreign exchange trading activities and trade settlement processing by evaluating currency exposures
  • Update weekly cash forecasts utilizing data and reports generated from various systems
  • Forecast cash flow requirements for the company and cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure data completeness and accurate reporting
  • Document and maintain Treasury policies and procedures
  • Prepare materials for internal and external auditors as requested
  • Manage compliance requests related to KYC documentation, banking resolutions and signatories
  • Participate in special projects to support the short-term and long-term strategy of the Treasury department

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Risk Management experience at a multinational public company.
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with financial management systems, such Oracle, and with Treasury management systems (Kyriba is strongly preferred)
  • Experience with banking platforms like JPM Access, CitiDirect and FXall

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to convey complicated and technical points clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse set of internal teams as well as external business partner
  • Aptitude to work across multiple time zones, independently and in a small team environment
  • Insightful, consistent and considerate communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Dynamic in the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work in an environment that is constantly changing and growing.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
