Sr. Analyst, Organizational Development & Change Management

Overview

As professionals progress, they take on more responsibility in developing and implementing comprehensive learning, development, and change management strategies for various projects, including technology upgrades. They collaborate with other resources and contribute to larger, higher-priority initiatives. Additionally, they begin to take a lead role in delivering educational content to stakeholders, refining their skills in designing and delivering effective training materials.

Scope

  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety issues
  • Works on problems of moderate scope
  • Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a more senior learning, development and change management leader, supports delivery of classroom and virtual training to technical audiences independently, globally
  • Contribute to course development efforts, including research and content review, providing subject matter expertise to technical and other audiences of various experience levels under supervision
  • Supports and creates, updates, and maintains teaching material, lab exercises, curricula, and change management tools
  • Support the collection and analysis of business readiness and success metrics, including survey development and administration
  • Participate in defining and structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development
  • Support development and change management activities and tactics that engage leaders and stakeholders on effective change adoption and to mitigate change barriers and resistance
  • Help maintain teaching material, lab exercises, and change management tools
  • Assist in delivering certification courses and advanced workshops
  • Apply structured change management tools and approaches to develop learning, development and change management plans
  • Produce and/or manage training, learning, change management, or other plans to support organizational development
  • Support delivery of basic training sessions, workshops, and Change Management efforts
  • Support change sustainability and business transition activities.
  • Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar.
  • Participate in defining and structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development
  • Builds productive internal and external working relationships
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Experience working with virtual classroom training tools
  • Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and clearly communicate these technical concepts in live presentations
  • Follows standard practice and procedures when analyzing situations or data
  • Strong attention to detail, creative solutions, and analytical skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to pay attention to metrics, detail, and quality of output
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment
  • Willingness to take initiative, without waiting for direction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint design, Excel and Word skills
  • Results-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Familiarity with voiceover technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Communications, or Change Management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dedicated training, learning, development or change management role
  • Change Management certification or designation
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Experienced in team collaboration and file-sharing applications
  • ITSM industry experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Salary Range

$68,224.00 - $93,808.00 USD (Salary)
  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
