Job Description SummaryReporting to the BD Director, Infrastructure Governance Reporting & Demand Planning the Sr. Analyst for Infrastructure Planning and Execution shall manage BD’s infrastructure project shaping, estimation and delivery activities. In addition, this role is responsible for effectively managing infra. Project build and test activities for successful delivery of BD’s information technology projects by our managed service providers. A successful candidate is expected to have expertise in information technology architecture, project budget and resource estimation, managing the performance of strategic partners, project finance, working across technology domains and assessing information technology operational impact on support organizations. The Sr. Analyst for Infrastructure Planning and Execution is expected to foster collaborative working relationships with members of BD’s TGS Business Partner, Infrastructure, Security, Platform Solution & Engineering, and Digital Transformation organizations for the purposes of project demand intake, shaping and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for BD’s infrastructure project shaping, estimation and delivery activities for the small and medium sized project in our portfolio, specifically focused on Cloud, Security and Operational Technology (OT) work. 

• Provide subject matter expertise for project shaping and delivery processes and activities 

• Lead project shaping and estimation sessions with business partners, delivery teams and strategic partners 

• Manage internal resource chargeback projections and actuals for product model cloud engineering delivery. 

• Effectively oversee and govern the strategic supplier infra. build and test activities for successful delivery of BD projects 

• Ensure appropriate hand-off of solutions and delivery to the IT operations and IT Cloud Engineering teams at the appropriate milestone of each project 

• Apply technology platform standards and architecture to develop high level solution design and effort estimates for business projects
