Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Looking for 5+ years of MF development
  • Must haves
    • Cobol

    • ISPF
    • IMS DB\DC
    • DB2
  • Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
  • Analyzing user requirements and developing software solutions
  • Ensuring software applications meet all performance and security requirements
  • Working with other developers to create high-performance, scalable applications
  • Researching new technologies and software development trends
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Experience with mainframe software development tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Will support projects, enhancements and fixes
  • Will be placed into oncall rotation

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $60,400 - $112,100.
