Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting analysis across dashboards and reports, communicating insights in context with intent on a recurring basis, and improving data assets where applicable.
  • Identifying risks or opportunities across the Global Supply Chain and creating thoughtful quantitative business cases, for mitigation or capitalization, to be presented to the leadership team.
  • Preparing presentation decks for key meetings (New Product Introduction, Technology Project Reviews, etc.), owning the format and data materials, and partnering with leadership to gather commentary.
  • Driving the success of impactful business initiatives by ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, measuring impact, and embodying a continuous improvement mindset.

We’d love to hear from people with

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA or MS preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, management consulting, investment banking, continuous improvement, or relevant field

Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience in managing projects from ideation to execution with a cross-functional stakeholder group
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and translation ability for a business audience. (Excel required, SQL and procedural programming languages a plus e.g., Python)
  • Experience with data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen to identify and quantify project impact
  • Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and facilitation skills. (Strong PowerPoint experience required)
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives.

$102,000 - $112,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
