Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Review and maintain current A/P processes and controls. Investigate enhancements and modifications for current processes. Identify opportunities to improve KPI's. Define, document and facilitate process simplification initiatives. Lead Accounts Payable analytics teams and stakeholders in complex and critical projects. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with team members to track and monitor progress on credit holds. Identify areas of opportunity to reduce the number of credit holds based on trends and discovery. Facilitate aging review for both SAP documented aging items as well as statements received via paper and email. - Maintain custom tables within SAP to ensure internal controls are followed with regards to auto sign vendors. Audit approvals, establish a clean-up process and cadence for business unit review of vendors. - Identify, develop, deploy and maintain critical KPI’s tied to AP success factors including DPO, CPI, CPP, and Aging. - Collaborate closely with organizational leaders to assess opportunities and develop data driven solutions. - Drive simplification, process improvement and automation. Education - Typically has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Work Experience - At least 4 years of Accounts Payable or auditing experience. - Experience with vendor or account reconciliation. - Experience documenting audit procedures and internal controls. - Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel. The anticipated salary range for this position:
$79,560.00 - $115,440.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
