SPS/PD2 Functional Administrator

The Opportunity:
You will be an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day functional system administration of the Standard Procurement System (SPS)/Procurement Desktop – Defense (PD2) in support of approximately 600+ acquisition professionals at the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This position qualifies for 100% telework.
Responsibilities:
- Establish/manage user accounts in SPS/PD2
- Perform system administration tasks
- Perform troubleshooting actions
- Escalate issues to the SPS Helpdesk as an authorized caller for the sit
- Provide functional contracting guidance as required
- Provide ad hoc training
- Develop user guides, desk aids, etc.
Qualifications:
Required:
- In depth knowledge of the suite of Standard Procurement System products (i.e., PD2, FPDS, SQL Advantage).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related scientific or technical discipline (additional experience can be substituted to meet education requirement)
- At least four (4) years of overall experience, two (2) years of which is specific/relevant
- Tier II or Tier III administration support to Standard Procurement System users
- Experience with System for Award Management (SAM)
- Proficiency with MS Office products to include SharePoint
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Desired:
- Knowledge of Procurement Data Standard (PDS) errors & warning
- Knowledge of Army GFEBS financial system
- Experience working in a Citrix environment. ITIL v3 or higher certificationbr

The proposed salary range for this position is:
