Are You Booster’s Next Fundraising Consultant?
Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships, driving sales success, and making a tangible difference in school fundraising? Join us as a Fundraising Consultant on the Sports & Groups team and play a pivotal role in supporting middle and high schools in reaching their fundraising goals. In this position, you will work closely with school administrators, coaches, band directors, and more, serving as a trusted advisor to enhance their fundraising success. Be a key player in driving our growth as we support schools and communities across the nation.
How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:
Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s fundraising goals and challenges, and offer tailored solutions to empower them.
Collaborate with school administrators and key stakeholders to foster strong relationships, guiding them through the fundraising process.
Host engaging in-person kickoff events, motivating students and staff, while confidently addressing questions and concerns.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and ensure the seamless implementation of fundraising campaigns.
Proactively prospect new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and event participation to expand our client base.
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent Booster and promote our fundraising solutions.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
2-3 years of experience in client management, sales, or fundraising, ideally within the education or nonprofit sectors
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and event organization skills
Ability to travel up to 80% within your assigned territory
Strong analytical skills with a passion for understanding client data and metrics
Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail

Pay: Base pay $45,000-$50,000 + commissions
