Position Overview


Stellar Virtual is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and support students in our Texas-based school programs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping students improve their communication skills, language development, and overall academic success. This is a remote position based in Texas, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities virtually.
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to students' specific needs.
  • Provide virtual speech therapy sessions to students using teletherapy platforms.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
  • Supervise SLPA
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.


Knowledge, Skills & Attributes 

  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an online or virtual setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology for virtual sessions.


Education & Certification Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
