Your Role...
All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
In this role, you will...
- Contribute to benefit program design by partnering with Broker in researching benefit vendors, plans, and options to optimize and align offerings; Report findings to supervisor and make recommendations based on research
- Support supervisor with Open Enrollment planning and lead junior staff through changes/enrollments in benefit systems
- Process benefit vendor invoices and reconcile billing statements to ensure payroll deductions are accurate within all systems; Validate deductions and verify billing statements for additions, changes, and terminations
- Respond to questions and concerns from internal customers promptly to provide clarity and resolve issues; Independently research discrepancies and identify/recommend solutions; Coach junior staff on trusted partner communications to internal customers
- Support process improvement initiatives for ReSource Pro's HRIS
- Serve as an HRIS SME; Support collaboration with off-shore HRIS teams
- Participate in and support all US employee onboarding and manage the offboarding pieces as related to Total Rewards
- Support Total Rewards projects and initiatives that may span across the HR function and involve project team members from TR/HR
- Utilize project management skills to build project plans, host effective kick-off and stakeholder meetings, establish and meet project deadlines, and drive project to completion; Ensure project plans align with stakeholder requirements and department goals
- Host effective and collaborative project meetings, support project team members as needed, and hold team members accountable for delivering work
- Train junior staff on Total Rewards processes and procedures, and trusted partner communications
- Serve as a backup for all payroll processing
- Review existing processes to identify opportunities for improvements; Define obstacles and look at root cause challenges to recommend process and procedure improvements to supervisor
What You Need to be Successful...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in human resources or benefits administration
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, etc. and HRIS and benefits databases
- Project management skills and experience
- Effective planning and priority setting
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $38,045 - $64,210 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
